With a background in high-volume catering and a heart for hospitality, Chef Ashley Mitchell leads operations at The Neighborly with energy and purpose. She’s passionate about building strong teams, positive culture, and systems that support great service in every store.
Ethan Blackmon
CEO
Ethan Blackmon serves as CEO of The Neighborly and Blackmon Oil Company, continuing a proud family tradition of local leadership and service. As the fourth generation in the business, Ethan is passionate about keeping convenience community-focused—where hometown values still matter. Under his leadership, The Neighborly is growing with purpose, blending modern operations with the grit, hospitality, and integrity that his family has stood for since day one.
Ahmad Nourzad
Director of Food & Bev.
Chef Ahmad brings over 25 years of real-world kitchen experience—and a deep love for good food—to his role at The Neighborly. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, he leads our food program with heart, creativity, and a hands-on spirit that inspires our team and brings joy to our customers every day.
Kelsey Blackmon
VP of Marketing & Technology
Kelsey leads brand strategy and systems innovation for The Neighborly, blending her background in agency marketing with a passion for small-town service. She’s focused on building tools, campaigns, and experiences that help The Neighborly grow with heart and purpose.
Elliot Blackmon
VP of Fuel
Elliot oversees fuel operations, environmental compliance, and store maintenance for The Neighborly. A devoted family man and children’s minister, he brings a servant’s heart and a team-first mindset to everything he does—supporting the people and communities that make our work matter.
