Under his leadership, The Neighborly is growing with intention—focused on delivering great service, creating meaningful local jobs, and holding the line against the impersonal, corporate takeover of small-town convenience. Ethan is passionate about building stores that feel like part of the neighborhood, where people are treated like neighbors, not numbers.
